I ordered to go tonight and Hayley the blonde to go girl was amazing , she called me 15 min before pickup to let me know it got done early so it didn’t get cold and it gave me an amazing warmth inside that people truly care about our experience, she was very sweet and polite and crazy quick with getting food out , I will be back just for her!! She needs to truly be acknowledged for her hard work!
Had a wonderful evening at Cheddar’s and really enjoyed everything about the experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing with low lighting, music playing softly in the background, and the vibe wasn’t too busy or too loud. Just the perfect setting for a nice comfortable dinner. Our waitress, Shannon-Grace was attentive and kind, and checked on the table regularly without being too intrusive. We started the meal with their signature sweet croissants, which were the perfect way to kick things off. For our appetizer, we had the spinach artichoke dip, which was delicious. For entrees, I had the honey bourbon salmon, and it was absolutely to die for. That bourbon sauce on the side was incredible. I also got the maple glazed carrots as a side, which I didn’t expect to be in love with based on how they looked, but one bite in and I was hooked. The famous broccoli casserole was also really good. My partner had the buffalo chicken wrap, and it tasted so fresh and flavorful. I might have to order one for myself next time! Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Would definitely come back!
Restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly. The food was great. The croissants at the beginning of the meal were amazing. Our table ordered chicken fried chicken, chicken wraps, cheeseburger and Cajun Alfredo. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Salads were fresh and the loaded baked potato soup was delicious. We had a slight problem with one of our meal’s and they corrected it immediately. The manager visited our table 3 times to make sure we were happy. This is how good customer service is done!
I love that you get a complimentary croissant. The food is really good. I highly recommend getting the chips and queso with the ground beef. It is my favorite app. They have a lot of good food overall. Service is great. They even have excellent drinks.
Looking for a restaurant to satisfy the entire family. Cheddars Scratch Kitchen checked all boxes; we all found menu items we enjoyed. Very well managed operation with efficient servers & staff. We enjoyed the entrees and our teen found a delicious dessert to top it off.
Justin provided absolutely amazing service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made the entire experience enjoyable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stood out. Honestly, the service was mind-blowing and exceeded all expectations. It's rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in what they do. Justin made us feel valued as customers, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you for such an incredible experience!
Had a great dinner last night and our server Kayla was amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell she really cared about giving good service. It made our whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen – St. Petersburg So good, I came back for more! The St. Pete branch is every bit as impressive — super fresh food, brilliant value, and that same cool, comfortable vibe I loved in Tampa. The table-side tech is fantastic too; ordering and paying right from the handheld screen makes everything effortless. Service by Alex was warm, friendly and efficient, food came out fast, and my meal was absolutely delicious. Another excellent experience all round. Highly recommended — I’ll be back again!
This is THE BEST place we have eaten in St. Pete’s. The honey butter croissants are to DIE for! The Painkiller drink was delicious! The spinach dip and Wisconsin cheese curds were over the top. Our waitress Summer was friendly and efficient. There was no wait to order or get our food and drinks. The fish tank and paddle fans are beautiful. We had spasagna and shrimp Alfredo. It was delicious!
We have always been fans of Cheddars, they never disappoint in service, food or atmosphere. Jordan was sooooo amazing. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. My husband loves having his steak blue, and they didn’t disappoint. Overall will definitely be back to this location as we usually do and ask for Jordan one more time. Ps. We asked for the chefs name too. Thank you John. Can’t forget about the bartender Taylor! You guys rock! 🙏🏻
